Its time to reset and take something back for yourself! For this challenge you need to plan your own 28 day self care challenge. We haven’t set the tasks because self care means different things to everyone so you need to plan what works for you! Some ideas are;

You can choose whatever you want - make your plan and work through the 28 days! You are a Badass - Own it!
⏰ There’s no time limit on this for you to complete it. We totally understand things are crazy right now with lockdowns & isolation etc. We will send the medals out straight away & you can open it whenever you are ready. Everyone who signs up gets a medal!
